Notice to consumers on prevention of frost damage to water pipes, issued by Wakefield Corporation Waterworks; 4. Newspaper articles from 'Daily Mirror', 26 Feb 1944, inclding fertilising gardens and allotments, German blitz and other wartime events; 5.
