LEASE for 3 lives of a water corn grist mill called Melin Esgob and fields adjoining the mill, all pa. Llandyfrydog, at a rent of £10 p.a. Covenant that within a year Evan Williams at his costs of at least £200 over and above the £100 from the parthy in 1, erect, rebuild, complete and finish a new water corn grist mill 30 feet long, 18 feet breadth within the walls and 16 feet under the roof. Maintenance and cleaning clause for the mill and its machinery.
