She devises to her son Francis Smith a certain house in All Saints' Parish subject to the discharge of certain debts due to Henry Baker of Cambridge; to the same certain freehold and copyhold estate at Over, Cambridgeshire; to the same certain freehold and copyhold estate at Impington and Histon; she gives to the same all drugs etc in her shop; she devises to her daughter Ann Smith her half share in the Blue Boar descended to her on the death of her sister Deborah Allett; to the same certain copyhold estate in Willingham; to the same certain leasehold property in All Saints' Parish; she gives to the same all wearing apparel and linen; to Francis Smith and Ann Smith the residue of her personal property to be divided share and share alike; she appoints Ann Smith sole executrix. Witnesses: William Roberts, William Harlock, Sarah Edwards. Probate is attached, dated 17 June 1760 and subscribed by William Mott.
