Scope and Content

Richard Bentley, D.D., Archdeacon of Ely, lets to Lucy Mallabar, widow of James Mallabar, the parsonage of Wilburton for the term of the lives of the lessee and her three children. The lessee is to pay a certain sum yearly to the curate of Wilburton in addition to the rent. The lessor appoints as his attorneys John Cumbers and George Crow, both of Wilburton. Witnessed by John Clay and Richard Briggs.
