[To Henry Hucks Gibbs.] Covering note sent with two pamphlets ['Question monétaire: Abaissement du titre de la petite monnaie' (1863) and 'Question monétaire: Proposition d'une monnaie internationale' (1867)]. He comments: '… il pourrait être utile au congrès monétaire international de connaître tout ce qui a été écrit sur les monnaies …'
Written in another hand and signed by Marbeau.
