Acquisition Information

The letters were acquired by Cambridge University Library from three sources: as the gift of Mr. G.M. Stephenson, Royston, in 1970; by purchase from Robin Waterfield Ltd, in 1982; and (MS Add.8355/7) by purchase from John Wilson (Autographs) Ltd in 1983.
