The Citizens Advice Bureau Service began in 1939 and is a professional agency offering free and confidential advice on a variety of problems. Blackwood Citizens Advice Bureau, Blackwood, Monmouthshire (now Caerphilly), like all others, is a registered charity and is part of the national Citizens Advice Service.
