Deed poll, a completed pro-forma, signed by Alice Adam, witnessed by Robert Crosse, William Scotte, and Henry Scotte (the latter two making their marks). Red oval seal on tag, which is endorsed: 'Alice Adams / generall acquittance'. Endorsed in a contemporary hand: 'Eversdon'. Further endorsed in pencil: '38'.
