These meetings are attended by all members of the Library and Archive team, including the Head of Library and Archive, the Librarian, the Archivist and Records Manager, the Assistant Curators (library and archive) and the Library and Archive Assistants.
The meetings are used to discuss aspects of the work of the department, including forward planning for the service. They include a report by the Head of Library and Archive on points raised at the Management Team meeting that affect the library and archive.
Meetings are held six times a year. All meetings are minuted. The series contains minutes and agendas.
