Records of the Fairfax Society

Includes research notes on members of the Fairfax family in the United Kingdom, as well as pictures and photographs, wills, census returns, civil registration copy documents, pictures and photographs of villages with Fairfax connections, war service records and papers specifically related to Robert Fairfax. The records were compiled in the 1990s and 2000s, but use various historical sources to create the Fairfax family trees. Also includes some later correspondence relating to specific family queries.

Transferred to the archive by a committee member following the dissolution of the Society in 2016.
