Annie Barnett (nee Beeching) was the wife of Percy Arthur Barnett (1858-1941). Between 1902 and 1904, Percy Arthur Barnett was Superintendent of Education in Natal and a member of the Civil Service Board of Natal and the Council of the [University of Cape Colony].
