Properties to revert to Gilbert in default of legitimate heirs. Indenture, witnessed by William de Audelee, John Hardy, Richard de Rusholme, Nicholas Wyke, William Wyke, and others. Seal and tag wanting. Endorsed in a sixteenth-century hand: 'A layce made be Gylberte / Hore of a cottedge in Elsfeld'. Further endorsed in pencil: '9', but the number '8' has been pencilled at top-right.
