Scope and Content

The scrapbook contains reviews, press cuttings and invitation cards. The reviews cover Wilson's books, Gregora: the solitudes, 1931, and the revised edition, 1966; Some aspects of Spanish literary history, 1967; and (with F.J. Norton) Two Spanish verse chap-books, 1969. There are also further reviews, and letters by Wilson's appointment as a Fellow of the British Academy (F.B.A.), 1964. Wilson and others, on Spanish books. The cuttings describe Hispanic Studies; the discovery of Leonardo Da Vinci manuscripts in Spain, 1967; obituaries; and Westmorland, Cumbria, especially with regard to Wilson's brother, Paul N.
