Scope and Content

A medical commonplace book with prescriptions at one end, many of which are ascribed to authors, and extracts from medical writers at the other, including passages from Dr Harvey's Anatomical exercises of the motion of the heart. The volume is inscribed on the flyleaf 'Wye. March the 14th 1652/3'.
