Scope and Content

Pursuant to an agreement dated 5 June 1826 between him and the late Thomas Harrison esq, and in consideration of #1,500 advanced to him by Christopher John Anstey esq of Sussex Place, Regent's Park, Isaac Seabrook of Regent Square, builder, undertakes to build at least four houses on the north side of Regent Square, Middlesex, obtain eighty-year leases to the same under the terms of the above agreement, and assign three of them to Anstey as extra security for repayment with interest of the money so advanced. Deed of covenant, 2 sides, signed and sealed by both parties, witnessed by James Hodgson of Lincoln's Inn Fields, duty stamps. Parchment supplied by H W Mills of Lincoln's Inn, law stationer.
