Administrative / Biographical History

No biographical information was available at time of compilation of description regarding Rolant Lloyd of Benllech, Anglesey. Evidently, he had intended to write a biographical study of Lewis Roberts (1596-1640).

Lewis Roberts was born in Beaumaris, Anglesey, and worked for the East India Company and the Levant Company. He is the author of The Merchantes Mappe of Commerce, 1638 and The Treasure of Traffike, 1640.
