Administrative / Biographical History

Vadim Leonidovich Andreev (1902/3-1976) was the eldest son of the Russian writer Leonid Andreev and himself a poet, novelist and memoirist. Until the Second World War he was a member of the post-revolutionary Russian migr community in Germany and France. After the Second World War he became a Soviet citizen and worked for the United Nations in New York and Geneva
