Deed poll, witnessed by William de M'ston', John de Bradel', George de Louches, Ralph de ?Sannford, John Bastard de Stoford, and others. Pendant tagged red-brown round seal with 'clover-leaf' device. Endorsed in a ?fifteenth-century hand: 'Carta de terris in Ellisfeld / Wyk'. In pencil at top-right: '2'. The regnal year in the dating clause has been altered.
