One manuscript sheet in the hand of Immanuel Kant, one side in German, the other side in Latin. The former begins 'Wie kann man wissen was in einem Dinge uberhaupt was gar nicht den Sinnen gegeben ist.' [Konigsberg, c.1785]. (2pp)

Accompanied by a certificate of R Reitke, librarian of Konigsberg, that the document is in the hand of Kant [Konigsberg, 22 November 1879]. (1p)
