Letter from the City of Exeter Health Department, 20th March 1974 and enclosed Family Planning Training Certificate from Devon County Council with the County Borough of Torbay, February 1974, for work with Birth Control Clinics;

Central Midwives Board Register of Cases March 1949-1966. Cases run from 16th April 1950 - 22nd January 1966, in Somerset area. Found in back of register - loose sheets including notes of Intra Gastric Oxygen training 1959, notes on administration of Pethidine (1950) and lecture notes on Trilene analgesia (1959) - these loose notes are not closed;
