Roger Peaden was a Methodist missionary and a superintendent at the Epworth Mission 12 kilometres outside the city centre of Harare, in Rhodesia. Epworth Mission had been established as a Methodist Mission Station in 1890. He was later a Methodist minister in Wolverhampton.
