Llawysgrifau Ynyslwyd (Aberdâr)

One of two 18th century manuscripts, comprising Tlysau'r Beirdd wedi ei gasglu ... [gan] Benjamin Simon, Bardd o Aber Gwili ... MDCCLI and Llyfr Dafydd ab Gwilim, Bardd o Lanbadarn Fawr, Yngharedigion, a ysgrifenwyd ... gan Benjamin Simon Bardd a Henefydd ... MDCCLIV. The manuscripts were fully catalogued for the Historical Manuscripts Commission by J. Gwenogvryn Evans (see his Report on Manuscripts in the Welsh Language, II, Part I, 395-408 [London, 1902] when they were in the possession of D. P. Davies, Ynyslwyd, Aberdare, by whose daughters, Mrs Neville Pugh and Mrs Llewelyn Jones, they were presented to the National Library in 1926.
