At a Court Baron of William Metcalfe, esq. before Barham Rushbrook esq., steward. The homage presents that Elizabeth Casborne and Mary Casborne, spinsters, daughter, and heirs of Thos. Casborne, deceased, who were admitted as tenants 29 March 1736, have surrendered their messuages to the use of Thomas York, gent., of Cambridge, who now comes and prays admittance...Signed by B. Rushbrook, steward, who notes that at the same time T.Y. surrendered to the use of his will...
