Administrative / Biographical History

J.P. Fullerton was born in Cawnpore, India, in 1894 and educated at Wellington College and Sandhurst. As a 2nd Lieutenant, 41st Dogras, Indian Army, he served in Mesopotamia, 1915-1916, and India. He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order and later became a Brigadier.
