Artists' statements

This series consists of statements, proposals and reports on placements, symposia, exhibitions and conferences undertaken by the Artist Placement Group and artists working under the auspices of the Artist Placement Group. It also includes various files of biographical material relating to artists associated with the APG.

This series is split into three sub-series which have been arranged in the following order:

1. Statements by APG

2. Statements by individual artists

3. Biographical material relating to artists associated with the APG

As the majority of the files within each sub series existed as as a working file, the original order of the items within each file has been preserved as much as possible. However, where this was not possible, items have been arranged chronologically.
