The property is described in detail. Deed poll, signed by Bendishe, livery of seisin witnessed by Robert Bendish, William Bendishe, Thomas Prior, and William Leache. Seal wanting. Contemporary endorsement: 'Bendish to Tyndall / which he bought of / Halfhed sometymes / Barbers'. Later endorsement: '15'.
