Papers of the Association, consisting of:
The Association for the Education of Women in Oxford (later known as the Society of Oxford Home Students) was founded in 1878, and was followed by the founding of four women's colleges.
Entry to read in the Library is permitted only on presentation of a valid reader's card (for admissions procedures see http://www.bodleian.ox.ac.uk/specialcollections).
The papers were deposited in the Library in 1975, and given in 1986.
