Forlow is to take out fire insurance for #300, and enters bond of #100 for further security. 3 pages, signed and sealed by Newling, Prentice, Harwood, and Smith, witnessed by John Finch and Elliot M Smith, duty stamps. Endorsed with corrected schedule to a coloured plan of the property on page 1. Further endorsed with calculations of expiry of leases, in a contemporary hand.
