Order by the Court of Chancery settling a dispute between the inhabitants of Stoke-by-Nayland and Frauncis Mannock, who claimed tithe in addition to 4d an acre for hay land or mown grass which by immemorial custom the inhabitants had been accustomed to pay to the occupier of the parsonage. He was cited to appear before the Court and answer. The Court found in favour of the petitioners. Endorsed by Matthew Carew and Humfrey Wabond.
