Photocopied war diary of the campaign in East Africa (1916-1917), and duplicate copy; photocopied service and demobilization papers (1911-1919); manuscript recollections of First World War service in a letter to Peter Liddle (1970).

Administrative / Biographical History

Percy E. Tozer, born in 1893, enlisted in 1911. He served as a Gunner with the Royal Garrison Artillery during the First World War and was active in the East Africa campaign.
