Richard Tufton of Westminster lets to Charles Rampaine of the same certain premises in Westminster for a term of thirty-one years at the rent of a firkin of soap payable on Christmas day. Charles Rampaine agrees by a certain date to build the front of the premises with brick. Witnesses: John Forrest, Witti Haide, James Hamersley. One seal is attached.
