Scope and Content

Bartholomew Chaundeler of Cambridge and Joan his wife, lease to Geoffrey Fawkener of Little Eversden, and Agnes his wife, all their lands and tenements in Orwell, Wympoll [Wimpole], and Malketon [Malton], excepting the solar with a room beneath (which is reserved for Joan's use), for nine years from Michaelmas next, at an annual rent of 26s 8d payable half-yearly at Easter and Michaelmas. Indenture, witnessed by Robert Caldecote, Henry Adam, Richard Adam of Orwell, and others. Seal and tag wanting. Contemporary endorsement of quittance.
