Scope and Content

The identity of Robert Hall is not known for certain. He was a Quaker and could have been the son of John and Elizabeth Hall, from Ormsby. This Robert Hall became a saddler and lived in Burlington (probably Bridlington). Another possible identification is that he was the son of Thomas and Isabel Hall of Settle.
