Administrative / Biographical History
The solicitors' firm of Joseph Lloyd and Co., based in Rhyl, Flintshire, active into the 1970s, had numerous clients in Denbighshire, Flintshire, Merionethshire, and elsewhere in Wales and England. These included the Maesgamedd estate in Gwyddelwern, Merionethshire, the Bodynlliw estate, Gwyddelwern, Merionethshire, and the Plas Meredith, Betws-yn-Rhos, Bodgynwch, Llangernyw, and Hendrewaelod estates in Denbighshire.

Arranged into the following: deeds and papers; mining leases; and clients' papers.
