Warranty clause against Christians and Jews. Deed poll, witnessed by Thomas de Lavenham, Nicholas le M'ueylus (?), Richard his brother, ?Robert Balistar', John le Peyteniy, Alexander Arsik, Hugh de Senegeye?, clerk, and many others. Tagged pendant white round seal of Ralph de Coggeshalle, with flower device. Endorsed in a fifteeenth-century hand: 'Carta Radulphi Coggesale de vij acris terre et unum rodum'. Further endorsed with ?hospital device, and in pencil: '4'.
