Two volumes of handwritten manuscript music score of Frank Lambert's comic opera 'Ladyland'

MS 974/2: M1503.L25, book number 161355 (vocal score)

Frank Lambert composed the comic opera Ladyland, which was premiered in 1904 at the Avenue Theatre, London (according to the Stanford University Library database 'Opening Night!'). It is not known who created these handwritten manuscripts. Both volumes are both are bound as if they were published.
