Peter Pace, son of George Pace, is an architect specializing in the conservation of churches and other historic buildings. He is Secretary to the York Georgian Society, a member of the York Civic Trust Executive Committee and a Trustee of the Yorkshire Buildings Preservation Trust.

The archive was gifted to the Borthwick Institute in 2018 by Peter Pace.

Custodial History

These papers were found in Gavin Stamp's copy of Peter Pace, 'The Architecture of George Pace' (Batsford, 1990) and returned to Peter Pace by Matthew Butler Books of Acton Turville, Gloucestershire, who purchased Mr Stamp's library after his death.
