- 3 ff., manuscript. Autograph manuscript written in a single early eighteenth-century hand, in the form of a bifolium letter with a leaf containing the poem pasted inside. Endorsed with postal directions: 'These to Mr Ralph Palmer, Jnr. at Little Cheltsea, Middlesex'. The paper used for the manuscript has a watermark, probably the Royal Arms.
