Scope and Content

A joiner's diary which includes the history of Boots the Chemist.

It chiefley covers the areas Trefriw and Llanrwst but also includes work done for Geirionydd District Counil.

One of the patrons listed often is a Mrs Gower Jones chiefly for work done on London House.

The diary is thought to have belonged to Edward Williams, whose name appears often throughout the volume.

Other names include a William Evans; John Thomas and E. G. Williams.
