John Austin senior of Shefford and John Austin junior, his son and heir sell to George Fennell senior of Shefford certain land in Shefford, excepting a right of way reserved to George Chapman of Shefford, for a term of five hundred years at a peppercorn rent. If John Austin senior and John Austin junior should pay a certain sum by a certain date to George Fennell the agreement is to be void. Witnesses: William Bassit, Thomas Mastin. On the back is a receipt for the consideration money signed by John Austin senior and John Austin junior. Witnesses: the same. Two seals are attached.
