Scope and Content

Commonplace book compiled by an anonymous author, with passages on a variety of subjects, including verses, historical notes and rules of card games. The book is in two parts separately paginated, with indexes, but both have missing pages. The volume has a contemporary red morocco binding with elaborate gold tooling.
