Thomas Graham Vincent Johns (b. 1909) of Fishguard, Pembrokeshire, was the son of V. J. G. Johns, a Fishguard solicitor, from whom he appears to have inherited printed papers and other records relating to the area, including B. B. Woodward's History of Wales. He was also involved in the Fishguard Improvement Co.
