Account of money owed by Edward Ruston to John Sewell, relating to the sale of freehold and copyhold land in the manor of Chatteris Nunns, Chatteris, manor of Doddington, March and elsewhere by Ruston to William Nix. The entries are dated August 1841 and include searches of manorial records in Cambridge, March and Chatteris, of baptism records in the parish church, copying and carriage costs. 1841, 2 sides, attached is a receipt for #20 1s 6d dated 4 Nov 1841 signed by Sewell upon settlement, duty stamp.
