John Turner of Eynesbury, Huntingdonshire, lets to Thomas Burgesse of Benwick certain fen land in Benwick for a term of twenty-one years. The lessee may plough only limited amounts of land during the last two years of the term. The lessee may not dig turf. Witnesses: Joseph Surrage, Phillipp Skinner. One seal is attached.
