Whereas Thomas Wilkinson of Campton, clerk, has agreed to the sale by him to Edmond Williamson of Campton, clerk, of certain land in Campton; Thomas Wilkinson releases to Edmond Williamson the land in question, to him and his heirs to the use of him and his heirs for ever. Witnesses: Henry H. Goodhall, Benjamin Barker. On the back are 1) a certificate of delivery of seisin. Witnesses: the same; 2) a receipt for the consideration money signed by Thomas Wilkinson. Witnesses: the same. One seal is attached.
