Community Operational Research Unit

The archive consists of management committee minutes and papers, 1986-1997; correspondence files, 1986-1998; and newsletters and reports, 1989-1995.

The Community Operational Research Unit was established in 1988 as a joint venture by Sheffield City Polytechnic and the Northern College, Barnsley. The Unit was based at the Northern College until 1998 when it moved to the Lincoln School of Management at the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside.

The collection was deposited as part of the Operational Research Society's archive in the Modern Records Centre by Professor J. Bryant in June 1998.
