Scope and Content
Administrative / Biographical History
Under the Finance (1909/10) Act 1910, the Commissioners of Inland Revenue were required to assign a valuation to all properties in order to allow the calculation of tax due on the increase in value of the land. The work was undetraken between 1911 and 1920.

Arranged in the order as recieved from the PRO, broadly arranged by district and then alphabetical by parish.
