In consideration of #222, paid to the second parties, John Brackenbury and Henry King of Cambridge, gents (1st parties), Peter Carew esq of Cambridge, and Mary his wife (2nd parties), and Daniel Love of Cambridge, gent (son and heir of Daniel Love of Cambridge, brewer, by Martha his wife, both deceased, 3rd party), release the property in the parish of All Saints, Cambridge, described in Doc 3727, to Cornelius Austin of Cambridge, joiner (4th party). Lease: Doc 3727. Love has mortgaged both properties, among others, to the Carews, who have appointed Brackenbury and King their trustees. Four-part indenture, signed and sealed by Brackenbury, King, Love and the Carews, witnessed by Elizabeth ?Dall and Agnes Lawson, duty stamps. Endorsed with receipt for consideration money, same date, signed by the Carews and witnessed by Robert Knights and Agnes Lawson.
