Commences on 31 August 1812 with a declaration of oath by the Commissioners, Walter Jones and John Calveley and by the Surveyor, John Matthews. Further resolves that Robert Jones of Llanrwst, attorney at law, will be Clerk to the Commissioners and that at a meeting to be held at the Eagles Inn on 19 October, five allotments of common land will be sold to defray expences of the Act. States that the perambulation of the commons will commence at Rhydlanfair Bridge on 21 October, and that notices of meetings will be inserted in newspapers and affixed to church doors.
The book continues with a record of claims received, minutes of meetings, descriptions of allotments sold and other incidents in the process of administering the Act over the ensuing 18 years. It concludes with a copy of the printed Act for Inclosing Lands in the Parish of Llanrwst... 0f 9 June 1812.
