Philip de Wyleby, clerk, sells to Edmund, son of [Edward I], the manor of Engleby [Ingleby], Derbyshire for £80. Not signed, but place for seal. Witnessed by Robert de Somervill, William de Merynyll, and Richard de [Corzoun?], knights; Ralph de Burgh, Rolland de Staunton, [Uberta?] de Frechevill, Roberto de Staunton, William, son of Hugo de Meleborn, William de Osemodeston, and others (all written by clerk).
